Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to provide and schedule your service:

• Account details — your name, email, phone number, and service or mailing address, provided when you create an account or request service.
• Vehicle & equipment information — make, model, year, nickname, license plate, VIN, and current mileage or engine hours for the vehicles and equipment you add to your garage.
• Service & appointment data — service requests, scheduled times, the work performed, maintenance reminders, and related notes.
• Contact-form submissions — details you send us through the website contact form (name, contact info, and what you need help with).
• Notification tokens — if you enable notifications, a push token for your browser or device (and which platform it is) so we can send you appointment and reminder alerts.
• Technical data — standard information such as IP address, device and browser type, and basic usage logs, collected by our hosting providers to operate and secure the service.

We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers through the app or website.

• Provide, schedule, and perform mobile maintenance and repair services.
• Keep your vehicle records and maintenance reminders accurate and up to date.
• Send you service-related communications — appointment confirmations, schedule changes, an “on my way” heads-up, and maintenance reminders — by email and, if enabled, push notification.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and app.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

With your permission we send appointment updates and maintenance reminders by email and by push notification (in your browser, or on your phone through Apple and Google’s notification services). You can turn these off at any time — disable notifications in your device or browser settings, turn the push toggle off in the app, or unsubscribe from emails. Some essential account or service messages may still be sent.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run MMR, under agreements that limit them to processing it on our behalf:

• Supabase — secure database, authentication, and storage for your account, vehicle, and service data.
• Vercel — hosting for our website and app.
• Postmark — delivery of transactional emails.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging & Apple Push Notification service — delivery of push notifications to your device.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our customers, the public, or MMR.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, maintain your service history, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time (see below).

• Access, correct, or update your account and vehicle information from within the app.
• Turn notifications on or off at any time.
• Request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by contacting us using the details below.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and app are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of our website or app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
